But upon my request Fran had sent Ken to meet me personally at the apartment and provide me with the keys much before the schedule. During my stay, their response for any request was appreciated as well. I had requested a blender and to change the blinds and got both the same day. "We stayed for two months in a 2-bedroom apartment that is really more than just being at home especially when visiting from thousand of miles overseas. We asked for a Hoover, next day a brand new Hoover. We asked for a blackout curtain, next day it was done. And they also offered to change the TV to a bigger one and keep the old one in the bedroom. "We had sold our home in Somerset in Aug 2011 and bought a house in Montville in Sept 2011 but due to the delayed closing date needed to stay somewhere for 1 month. Ken & Sue were very helpful showing us a few apartments before we decided on the 2 bedroom apartment in Bridgewater, NJ. The apartments are clean and well furnished. My family of 4 (including 4 year old twins) loved the apartment including the play area in the back. Also the option of renting for 1 or 2 months is great because if you rent an apartment at most apartment complexes, the minimum lease is 6 months. The apartment comes with cable TV, internet, electricity and gas, so it is very convenient. Some apartments come with a garage (you pay extra for this) so in case you need to store furniture, etc, this is very convenient.

"My wife, two-year-old daughter and I were in the Princeton area for two months during the summer of 2011 and had the opportunity to stay at In Time's units when a hotel or extended stay was really not an option with a child. The unit was clean, convenient and comfortable. The living room and kitchen were spacious. There is a very nice park within walking distance and all of the little kids come to play there in the evenings, which was good interaction for my little one. The location of the apartment complex was close to Route 18 and not too far from shopping and grocery stores. There were excellent Indian food restaurants closeby and the quality of these restaurants was a lot better than you can find in Chicago, so we enjoyed eating out. "We were moving from CA to NJ in the May of 2009 for a new job. Since everything was decided in hurry, we had only one week to find a furnished, short-term housing for four of us, including our 9-month baby and my mother-in-law, to cover the forty days gap between our arrival day and the closing day of our house. I googled the internet and found out the rent of In Time was the only one under our budget. I sent some emails out to several places and Fran was the first one and one of the only two to contact with me. She helped me to find a two-bed town house very close to my company and did all the paper works through one email. We arrived at NJ at 9 pm on Sat. We were so relieved when we opened the door. It is just like a home having everything we needed, but clean and organized like a hotel. And there was even a portable crib for our baby in the master bedroom. The place has a big back yard and it is very close to a huge park with a pretty lake. It is quiet although it is also very close to many shopping centers, Costco, Homedepot, etc. and it is just 2 minutes from the major highways. The place was clean and well furnished and we especially enjoyed the surroundings with lots of green places to walk with a stroller, with three different playgrounds, and a swimming pool. The place had easy access to HWY 1 and HWY 27 and is only about 5 min to go to a great children facility (uptown playground) when the weather was not good.
