“As a former 19 year resident, of both Governors Pointe II and North Brunswick, we were so fortunate to find a great short term furnished condo, right down the street in Governor’s Pointe I, 5 minutes from our previous home. It was an ideal location as we were relocating to Texas, just sold our home and needed a short term place for 3 months, in North Brunswick, still close to the high school, until graduation in June.

I have nothing but good things to say about the furnished rental and In Time Housing. The condo and the complex was a very quiet, clean, and very comfortable place to stay. My son’s favorite thing was the huge recliner in the living room. Repair requests were made quickly by the owner and the In Time Housing staff is wonderful to deal with. The rental unit is in a great location, off of Route 1 and easy access to anything you need. "Great Place and Great People---Highly Recommended" 

We were moving from CA to NJ in the May of 2009 for a new job. Since everything was decided in hurry, we had only one week to find a furnished, short-term housing for four of us, including our 9-month baby and my mother-in-law, to cover the forty days gap between our arrival day and the closing day of our house. I googled the internet and found out the rent of In Time was the only one under our budget. I sent some emails out to several places and Fran was the first one and one of the only two to contact with me. She helped me to find a two-bed town house very close to my company and did all the paper works through one email. We arrived at NJ at 9 pm on Sat. We were so relieved when we opened the door. It is just like a home having everything we needed, but clean and organized like a hotel. And there was even a portable crib for our baby in the master bedroom. The place has a big back yard and it is very close to a huge park with a pretty lake. It is quiet although it is also very close to many shopping centers, Costco, Homedepot, etc. and it is just 2 minutes from the major highways. "Clean, spacious and reasonably equipped"

"We have spent three months in a rental place with our 1.5 year old girl. The place was clean and well furnished and we especially enjoyed the surroundings with lots of green places to walk with a stroller, with three different playgrounds, and a swimming pool. The place had easy access to HWY 1 and HWY 27 and is only about 5 min to go to a great children facility (uptown playground) when the weather was not good.
